1. Movich Hotel
In the first place, we have Movich Hotel, located at Calle de Vélez Danies # 4 – 39, Movich Hotel Cartagena de Indias. With its imposing colonial style, it offers an impressive rooftop terrace available in the afternoon/evening, from 4 pm to 11 pm.
Before it became a hotel, it was a clinic; today, it is a boutique hotel with rooms and suites. Although it is a hotel, its terrace is open to the public. However, the pool is exclusive to guests. Here, you can enjoy signature cocktails with local fruits like passion fruit and traditional cocktails. You can also savor an exquisite dinner at the restaurant on the first floor if the snacks on the terrace are not enough for you.
This place does not take reservations, so if you want to secure a spot, you should arrive early. The Movich Hotel has the best view in Cartagena as you can appreciate the sunset combined with the city’s colonial architecture and the sea.
